Chef Huang's has been a fixture in Alexandria for 25 years. For the past 11 years, it has been a family-owned business run by Long Huynh. Long was born in Vietnam to Chinese parents. In 1982, he left Vietnam to come to America. He started as a cook and waiter and built years of experience in the restaurant industry before purchasing Chef Huang's and continuing the tradition of the restaurant in this area. Long brought special recipes to share and enjoys presenting them to his honored customers.
